I know the weight you’re carrying—because I’ve carried it too.
I was once a doctor treating patients with dementia. But my real education began at home, as I watched both of my grandparents forget me and stood by my mother’s side as she whispered through tears, “Mum wasn’t like this…” Later, I became a caregiver myself here in Canada, learning firsthand what it means to lose recognition, battle guilt, and still show up in love.
I’ve been the invisible caregiver. The exhausted daughter. The one who cried behind closed doors. And I’ve also discovered what matters most: presence, compassion, and love that evolves even when memory fades.
That’s why I founded Love After Memory. This isn’t where your story ends—it’s where you learn to walk caregiving as a sacred journey.
As a Dementia Care Coach™, I help adult children and family caregivers walk through the journey of dementia care with compassion, connection, and grace—so they can care for their loved ones without losing themselves.

I used to carry so much guilt, feeling like I was never doing enough for my mom. Working with Aisha helped me release that weight. Now, instead of drowning in guilt, I’m caring with love and presence. For the first time in years, I feel peace in this journey
I was exhausted—mentally, emotionally, physically. I didn’t think anyone could understand what I was going through. Aisha not only understood, she guided me with tools and rituals that helped me stay grounded. I can now show up for my dad without losing myself.
Before Love After Memory, I felt invisible and isolated. Joining the group coaching sessions showed me I’m not alone. The community, the rituals, and Aisha’s compassion gave me hope again. I’ve discovered connection in places I never thought possible
